Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. The service

Snapture is a Chrome extension and a companion Figma plugin ("Snapture Import") that capture a web page you are viewing and rebuild it as editable layers in Figma. Page conversion runs locally on your device; captured page content is not transmitted to us. By installing or using Snapture you agree to these terms.

2. Free plan

The free plan includes 5 captures at no cost. Every one of them is the complete product — full visual fidelity plus Auto Layout, components and style extraction — and imports into Figma are not counted or limited. Files you have already created keep working after the fifth capture. We intend to keep a free plan available, but we may adjust the allowance and which features it includes for future versions.

3. Pro license

• A Pro license is personal to you and covers up to 3 device activations. If you replace a device and hit the limit, contact us and we will reset your activations.
• Licenses may not be shared, resold, or used concurrently by multiple people. Team licensing: contact us.
• Pro is a subscription (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Validating your license key sends the key you entered to our payment provider and nothing else — no page content, no browsing data. It is one of a small number of requests the extension makes, all listed in the Privacy Policy; none of them carries the content of your pages.

4. Early versions

Versions of Snapture released before the Pro launch (v1.2.x and earlier) remain usable as delivered, free of charge, for as long as they keep working in your browser. Updated versions (v1.3 and later) include the Pro feature set, which requires a Pro license for all users; installing before the Pro launch does not carry a free Pro entitlement into updated versions.

5. Payments & taxes

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy, and/or Paddle), who is the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment data, and collects and remits applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) based on your location. We never see or store your payment details. Prices shown may exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

6. Refunds & cancellation

• You can cancel at any time yourself, without contacting us, through the payment provider's customer portal at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders (sign in with the email you paid with), or via Manage or cancel in the Snapture extension popup. A step-by-step guide is at snaptures.com/cancel.
• Refund requests within 14 days of the first purchase are honored in full, processed through the payment provider you bought from. Email us, use Request a refund in the extension popup, or use the receipt's support link.
• Renewal charges: if a renewal was charged and you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
• You can cancel any time from the license email / customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Your statutory rights are not affected. If the consumer-protection law of your country of residence (for example the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK consumer law, or the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) grants you broader withdrawal or refund rights, those laws prevail.

7. Your captures

Captures are created from pages you choose and are stored only on your device. You are responsible for what you capture and how you use it — including respecting the terms, copyrights, and confidentiality obligations that apply to the pages and organizations involved. Snapture is a tool; it does not grant you rights to third-party content.

8. Intellectual property

Snapture, its code, brand, and listings are owned by the developer. Your captures and the Figma files you build from them are yours. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

9. Privacy

Snapture collects no personal data, runs no analytics, and has no server that receives page content. The full policy is published at the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranty

Snapture is provided "as is". Web pages vary enormously, and while conversion accuracy is the core of the product, we do not warrant that every page will convert perfectly or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where the law of your residence implies warranties that cannot be excluded, they apply to the minimum extent required.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Snapture is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence).

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL with the date above. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought in your local courts where that law so provides.
